Founded by Rafael (Raf) McDonnell, who has over 20 years of experience working with the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry and some of the biggest global brands.
Raf started his career working in FMCG brands with senior sales and marketing roles at Fosters Beer, Walkers Crisps and Coca-Cola. He then moved into the Entertainment Industry as Senior Vice President at leading Record Label - EMI Music.
At EMI he led the brand partnerships and music licensing teams in Europe developing opportunities for their roster of leading music artists, including Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Gorillaz, Coldplay and Tinie Tempah.
Raf then joined CAA (Creative Artists Agency), the world’s leading talent agency, to lead sponsorships and endorsements for the world's leading roster of music and entertainment artists, developing brand campaigns for One Direction, Kylie Minogue, Carrie Underwood, NE-YO, Ariana Grande and more.
Prior to founding Talent & Brands, Raf was Head of Partnerships for Amazon Tickets, where he brokered deals with venues and rights holders in the music and entertainment space.
